Welcome to EdgeX Learning ("EdgeX", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website www.edgexlearning.com (the "Website") and any courses related services (collectively, the "Services") offered by EdgeX Learning Private Limited, a company registered in India with its registered office at 4B, Navayuga Signature, Royal Placid, Haralur Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka, 560102.("Company").

By accessing the Website, enrolling in a course, or using any Service, you ("User", "Learner", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or Services.

1. Eligibility

1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in a paid course independently. Minors may use the Services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.

1.2 You confirm that all information provided during registration (name, email, phone number, and payment details) is accurate, current, and complete.

2. Courses and Services

2.1 EdgeX offers instructor-led and self-paced training programs including but not limited to DevOps, Automation, PMP (Project Management Professional), and Interview Preparation Bootcamps (Scrum Master, Project Manager, Product Owner), delivered in English and regional languages (Telugu, Kannada) as specified on the course page.

2.2 Course content, schedules, trainers, and delivery mode (live online, recorded, or blended) are as described on the relevant course page at the time of enrollment and may be updated by EdgeX from time to time to improve quality, subject to reasonable notice to enrolled learners.

2.3 Certain third-party certifications (e.g., PMI/PMP) are governed by the respective certifying body's own eligibility criteria, examination fees, and policies, which are separate from and in addition to EdgeX's Services. EdgeX is not responsible for outcomes of third-party certification exams.

3. Enrollment and Payment

3.1 A seat in any course is confirmed only upon receipt of the full course fee or the applicable advance payment (as specified at checkout, typically full or 50% advance) through the payment methods listed on the Website.

3.2 Course fees, applicable taxes (GST), and any installment schedule will be clearly displayed before payment. Prices are subject to change, but changes will not affect learners who have already enrolled and paid.

3.3 Failure to pay any remaining balance by the due date communicated at enrollment may result in suspension of access to live sessions, learning materials, or certification issuance until payment is completed.

4. Access to Learning Materials

4.1 Upon enrollment, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes.

4.2 You may not copy, reproduce, record, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or create derivative works from any course content, recordings, presentation decks, or study material without EdgeX's prior written consent.

4.3 Access to recorded sessions and materials is generally available for a limited period after course completion, as specified on the course page. EdgeX reserves the right to revoke access in case of any violation of these Terms.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 You agree not to: (a) share your login credentials or course access with others; (b) engage in disruptive, abusive, or harassing behavior toward trainers or fellow learners; (c) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; or (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Website or any learning platform used to deliver the Services.

5.2 EdgeX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any learner who violates this Code of Conduct, without refund, at its reasonable discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the Website and in course materials including logos, trademarks, course curriculam, videos, presentations, and written material is the intellectual property of EdgeX Learning or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

6.2 Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license described in Section 4.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Disclaimers

8.1 EdgeX makes reasonable efforts to ensure course content is accurate and delivered as described, but does not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary hikes, promotions, or certification exam results as a result of completing any course.

8.2 The Website and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. EdgeX does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access at all times, including due to third-party platform (e.g., video conferencing, LMS) outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EdgeX's total liability arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific course giving rise to the claim. EdgeX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

11. Modifications to Terms

EdgeX may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Website or email. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, India.
